Rubber-coated pipe sections in various colours

The rubicon roll covering system has been designed for coating all types of rollers, pipes and hoses used in the paper, printing, plastics, textile, steel, cable, sheathing and offshore industries. Even convex or tapered components with a diameter of between 30 and 2,750 mm can be coated in a single process with a layer thickness of 1 to 90 mm.

An extruder with a large extrusion head is used to coat a metal pipe with rubber.
