Information on the collection of personal data (abridged version)

  1. How we collect personal data when you visit our web pages. Our web pages can usually be used without providing personal data. Any personal data is always collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you, e.g. your name, address, email address, or telephone number.
     
  2. The responsible party pursuant to Art. 4 para. 7 EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) (DS-GVO) is

When you contact us by email or, if applicable, via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address and, if applicable, your name and telephone number) will be stored by us to enable your enquiry to be dealt with. This data processing, undertaken to enable you to contact us, is carried out under Art. 6, para. 1, sentence 1 of the GDPR on the basis of your freely given consent. We delete the data collected in this way after its storage has served its purpose, or we restrict the way it is processed if another statutory provision obliges us to do so. Under the relevant statutory provisions data is stored for 6 or 10 years in accordance with section 257 para. 1 of the German Code of Commercial Law (HGB) (account books, inventories, opening balances, annual financial statements, commercial letters, accounting vouchers, commercial and business letters, etc.) and for 10 years in accordance with section 147 para. 1 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) (books, records, management reports, accounting vouchers, documents relating to taxation, etc.).
